I had never heard of Bowen Therapy before and didn’t know anything about it.
After having 2 children and having several different problem areas a friend recommended Michelle. So I thought I would give it a go and wow after 3 sessions my problem areas are no longer! Her AromaTouch massage is amazing, I came out feeling relaxed and my muscles felt so much looser, which to be honest surprised me as I thought you had to have an intrusive deep tissue to get that!!!
