One way to heal and become stronger is through Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also known as Tapping.
This quick and easy technique helps people reduce the effects of stress, alleviate pain and clear emotional blocks that prevent them from living a more peaceful and happier life.

How does EFT work?
The human body contains a network of electrical circuits that run along a specific network of channels. These are your energy meridians.

EFT uses these same meridians used in traditional acupuncture to treat emotional and physical ailments for over 5,000 years.

Tapping is stimulating these meridians using the tips of your fingers, instead of using needles, on specific meridians on the upper body while focussing on a specific problem.

While tapping you voice the negative emotions you are feeling about your problem, then switch to positive affirmations.
The combination of tapping on the energy meridians while voicing how you are feeling works to clear the emotional block from your body’s energy system.

Tapping works well with Bowen therapy. If you want to take your healing to a deeper level and improve the effectiveness of any other treatment you are having, processing and releasing emotional trauma with EFT will support your body to heal.

While Bowen therapy tells the body the emergency is over and helps to release stress from the body, sometimes we need to get specific with an issue or behaviour that you want to eliminate from your life. EFT helps your mind and body to release negative thoughts, patterns and limiting beliefs.
